I’ve forgotten my username/password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your username or password, click the “Forgot Username/Password?” link once you have reached the log in page. You will be prompted to enter your username or email of the account you are trying to recover. You will be sent an email with instructions for recovering your username or password.
